had two managers during interview process ask a series of various questions regarding personal experiences, how i would interact or respond in various scenarios, as well as inquiring regarding personal goals and aspirations.

Name a time in which you had to take leadership of a team in order to complete a large project, how did it go? What was the project?

Interview
Applied through company site. Took a 45 minute behavioral test. Passed that and was given a date for a recruiter to do a phone interview. Recruiter indicated that they wanted to continue with a face to face interview but there were not any open spaces. Directed me to a site to check daily for an open time slot. Check for a week and never saw an open slot. I have not followed up. Started looking for other jobs with other companies. Recruiter was friendly. If I was truly interested, I would have pursued. However, the starting pay was $13 hour and after some thought was not sure I would be happy sitting in a call center.

Reviewed my resume. Ask how I dealt with a difficult client or situation. How would I deal with a fraudulent situation or dishonesty. Also asked how I went above a client's expectations.

Interview
Applied online on Monday, got a phone interview on Wednesday and on site interview on Friday. After the on site interview they said they will call me between 7-10 days if I'll get the job or I will receive an email if I don't get the job. But guess what, THEY NEVER CALLED NOR EMAIL ME!! It has been 3weeks. I called to follow up after 10days and the lady said she will inform the hr department. Still, didn't hear anything back from them!!

Interview
This was the worst interview I've ever had. I waited in the lobby and was called back by a gentleman who from the start didn't show any real interest in interviewing me. He read through questions from a booklet. He never once shared any background information about the company or the position I was applying for. He was so disinterested I could tell I would not be hired before we even began. It was one of the worst experiences ever.
