Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, first call with him which was all fine followed by a 30min video interview with one of their many VPs. Interview was so chaotic, no structure, he mainly talked about himself and his role, asked almost no questions and literally cut me off at minute 29. And the best part, you won’t hear back afterwards at all. Not even a standardized ‘thanks you didn’t make it’. Very negative candidate experience but good in the sense that it shows you it’s not a company to work for.
