3 steps (HR, Excel task and Hiring manager, Director) It was a really easy process overall but the worst thing about them is that they just ignore you after the final interview and don’t provide an update. I even followed up after a few days but didn’t hear back anyway even though I was in the final stage. candidates deserve to get an update and ghosting them is a big red flag imo.
