You get a phone interview 1st with HR, which they pretty much tell you about the job. 2nd video interview is with the manager and director. That’s when they ask u all kinds of behavioral, technical questions. Questions starting first about yourself then a list of tell me about situation when.,.questions. They ask about 15-20 questions.
The experience I had was horrible because they made me feel so nervous and anxious when answering the questions. They seemed like they weren’t interested, as they weren’t even writing down anything I say. Also, it was rude of them to do other things while I answer a question like yawn and face the desktop and do other things. In short they didn’t make it comfortable for the candidate applying.
