Sysco Human Resources Manager interview questions

First interview was with a Recruiter. Second was a meet and great with the hiring manager. The recuiter said she was coordinating tbe next interview, then she was gone for 5 days. Finally she email me late night to say they hired another candidate. Not a good look for a very established company.
