Sysco Inside Sales interview questions

I was told quickly after I applied that a telephone screening was available, however the first time I think he forgot, the second time he told me the system was down, the third time he didn't reply to my email, the fourth time we made an appointment, however he still didn't call me, I was already disappointed and didn't want to follow up. What shocked me was when I read the comments here, this kind of thing seems to happen all the time, hey, sysco's preferred criteria for recruiting HR departments is to easily forget and ignore potential employees right？
