I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sysco (Knoxville, TN) in Jul 2015
Interview
Email and phone interview. They ask you specific questions about software the they use, if you aren't an expert with it, they move on. Overall wasn't bad but I noticed those were key ways of eliminating people. Wasn't really an interview but more finding candidates that they wouldn't have to train. Makes it difficult for entry level to get a foot in the door.
Multiple interviews with 3 different people and then a case study. All over zoom and in a span of a week. The case study was presented to 3 people. Overall straightforward process. However HR was horrible and messed up the whole process and was unprofessional. The team interviewing was fine.

Question 1
Normal interview questions, how you work as a team, how you manage challenges
Very smooth process. Questions were answered in a very timely manner. Questions were manageable and not overly difficult. Interviewers were easy to talk to. I would recommend anyone to give it a try.

TA will reach out to do a phone screening. If successful, TA will schedule face-to-face interviews with hiring managers and other selected interview personnel. During the face-to-face interview, the interviewers will ask scenario-based questions. The interview process will usually take 3 - 6 months.
