Sysco Marketing Associate (Sales Representative ) interview questions

I currently was working as a General Manager and I was approached by the district manager of that region to apply for Sysco. I applied and was not aware how many steps I would have to go through to interveiw. The first interveiw was on the phone normal questions mostly yes or no then some questions about yourself such as what makes you unique. The second interveiw consists of a lunch interveiw where you are asked about a scenario and you must tell them what happened how you handled it and what was the outcome. Be prepared because you'll get about 8 of them on that interveiw. Third step is the corporate interveiw where you must interveiw with 3 people(Director of HR, Regional sales, VP of sales. Make sure you prepare really well because each interveiw is an hour long and there are no breaks in between yikes!! The only bad part of this is you will be asked about a scenario questions by each interviewer and the questions seem the same just worded different but you cannot repeat your answers.

After sending in my resume, I was contacted by phone and briefly interviewed to determine my interest in the job and what my basic qualifications were for the job. I was called back about a week later and told that I had been selected for the next phase of the interview process - a sit-down one-and-a-half hour interview with a professional recruiter. I was asked questions such as: 1. Tell me about a sale that you made that you are especially proud of. 2. Tell me about a situation where you pursued a sale for a long time and finally gave up - why? 3. Tell me about a difficult and negative situation you encountered in sales. I was just informed that I have been selected for the 3rd and final leg of the interview process which will be a 3 hour interview conducted by 3 different managers.
