Easy to me. They will hire someone without the technical skills as long as you have the soft skills to build upon. Such as business consultation, previous selling experience and ability to learn etc.

A homeowner sees you at 5pm. They are an hour away from your base. It's already 9pm, you are still working. You wont get home until 11pm. How will you feel about those woking hours?
