Despite this not being an actual interview. I thought this would be a group interview where we had to present each other to the group. There were 13 of us (14 if you include the staff) and we were paired up and had to tell and write facts about each other in 15 minutes. My partner was very nice and she has had work experience (unlike me) so her life was much more interesting than mine. After this Emma (assistant manager in the room with us) talked over the companies policies and where they get their stock from etc etc. About an hour has passed at this point and it went REALLY quickly. I was very interactive in discussions and I enjoyed the people I met. There was another task (or game they called it) where we had to guess the price of items of clothing. Some were surprisingly expensive despite the poor material but whatever. Along with this task me and my 2 other partners had to firstly chose an item that we just guessed and find some facts (phones were allowed to research) and this was a very interesting task. Again I was co-operative but didnt say anything aloud because I was too nervous lol. Finally, I had to fill out a form marking down boxes on different scenarios and stuff. This did not take too long. Overall it was a successful experience and I hope to get a call or e-mail saying I have a one to one interview :) As long as you enjoy it and co-operate time will fly by trust me.
