Interview
It was really easy. Applicants are contacted by phone and then invited for the interview. Usually in the store you applied to work in.
You have to do a quick test on paper. Some questions were tricky but don't think about it too much and use common sense and it's easy. Then a face to face interview which was relaxed and friendly.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
