I was called to do an interview but actually was turned down after waiting, for not doing well enough on a small questionnaire. I am a bright eager student who lives near the store and was fully flexible.

Questions about working at the store and personality.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
