A few questions basic- gave a multi question test but essentially gave me the answers before. Explained that there were posters in the room answering the questions too. I think they hire through the first impression they get of the person going in as oppose to their answers.

Give an example of a time you showed excellent customer service.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
