Instantly declined from application the previous year where my test results were still used and 'where not good enough' to even be considered. I wasn't even given the chance to retake this test even though it was over a year later.

Nice interview, just a lot of questions which felt a bit much given the role however the interview it self was pretty chill and didnt feel stressful. Think it is a standardised booklet of questions

Friendly and casual conversations. Gives a bit of personal background before asking questions. Fast interview process, doesn't take very long around 10 to 15 minutes worst case it will take around 20 minutes I believe.
