Smooth, straight 10-15 min with hiring manager. Before did online test then interview. Basic questions background hobbies etc. application process online. Asked about previous experience in retail. Team work how do you deal with time management? Scenario questions.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
