Process was a recruiter based three phone interviews and then a face-to-face at corporate very unprofessional face to face, questions were generic and lacked anything of depth, managers were in pjs or cutoff and tank top and looked like homeless people
Process was normal and fine. Was called a week after applying and had a stand up interview in the local store. I thought it was more for a call center but it was for a local phone store sales

Easy process they call you into the office at savoy dr houston ,texas. Must be willing to learn spanish otherwise this job is not for you. Great overall pay and no cap comission.
the interview was in person and was average, just trying to gauge the kinda person you are and how competent and friendly you are to deal with customers. that was pretty much it
