I applied online. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Birmingham, AL) in Jan 2021
Interview
First interview was done through an app called HireVue. There were a few simple questions you needed to answer under a certain amount of time. This may seem like it would cause some pressure, but the questions were very simple. After that, you will receive an email inviting you to "A Day In The Life". This is like a webinar where they are telling you what to expect working as an expert. Then they will email you about when they should do your 2nd interview. During my 2nd interview, me and my interviewer kept getting disconnected. I had a strong signal, so I was confused on why it kept disconnecting. I wish they would have just called on a regular phone after being disconnected from the virtual interview so many times.

Question 1
Name a situation where you had to perform great customer service?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Albuquerque, NM) in Oct 2022
Interview
I applied online over a month ago, it took quite a while before anyone got back to me. I did a phone interview, was sent an invite to do a live video, and then maybe a few weeks later had a recruiter call to schedule an in-person interview. The on-site interview was with 3 different managers and was over an hour where I had to do a mock call, I was told they would get in touch with my recruiter, but I never heard back, and no one replies to my emails, I was ghosted.

Question 1
How familiar are you with new technology How would you handle an irate customer Do you have open availability
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Jan 2022
Interview
First got invited to do a HireVue 'interview'. You pre-record videos to answers, given a bit to prepare. Then there's multiple choice, and a few write-in. After that, I got scheduled for a live virtual interview with a hiring manager. I was super, super nervous and that showed. They asked basic STAR format questions, but I feel most interviews are like that, then a mock role-play call of a customer. I was even more nervous, it showed, I floundered a teensy bit, but just remained extremely upbeat and personable.

Engaging and lots of tools provided to help you succeed. Have to go to a seminar and have an interview with hiring managers where they ask STAR questions and do a roleplay. Overall good experience.
