General questions to determine alignment with core company values. Focus on previous experience scenarios. Typically two or more rounds, the first round being a panel interview. Moving to second round may still be panel but only two hosts.

Tell me about a time you had a difficult customer interactions and had to express understanding and solve the problem.
Two phone/video interviews and two in-person meetings with operations manager - less than 1/2 hour each. Nothing unusual in questions . Role played sales situations at first in-person interview. Very professional process - impressive.
