The interview process was a Phone screen followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Both were via phone not an in person or virtual call. The next step would be with a regional manager and Human Resources.

They asked why would you want to work for us and what makes you the best individual for the role.
The interview went smooth and was straightforward. While getting more information about the role I could see it was not the right fit for me. Although the recruiter was informative and friendly
two interviews, one with a formal get to know you and one with a sales process. sales process revolved around a fake door knock with the objection of payroll. answered with a follow up meeting at a better time
It was very robotic and seemed like more of a test then a interview I would suggest definitely prepping as I was not ready for this type of interview format.
