Interview
It was quite convenient and the person interviewing was very friendly and accommodating. It was mainly Scrum related questions which was within reach. He explained that the team was self sufficient and that they needed someone who will guide the team to finish thier projects on time.

The interviews were straight forward and educational. The key people were involved and offer turnaround was quick. The hiring manager was very honest and helpful as I was making my decision.
