A recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn and asked if I was interested in a new internship program. I sent my resume to then and a few weeks later, they sent an email with a link where I chose what dates I was able to interview. Interviewed on site for about an hour.

Interview
One main hiring event with a lot of different candidates and many managers and you rotate 10 min interview for each manager then once that happened, one of the managers called followed up by phone interview
I applied for the position in June with a referral and was contacted by a recruiter in late August or early September. I had one phone interview with a manager and heard back a few days later receiving an offer with 2 days to accept.

Interview
Applied on T-mobile website. Got a call after 3-4 weeks to set up an interview.
One of the perks is T-mobile has an interview prep session before the actual interview so it helps a lot.
Interview was really smooth, interviewer was really nice. Asked some basic questions and availability.
