The interview process involved asking questions about your previous work experience, how'd you handled customer objections, reasons they should hire you, your thoughts on commission and your interpersonal skills. The hiring process involves one phone and one face to face interview. The phone interview was relatively easy. The district manager basically wants to get to know you and give you an insight about the franchise company. The face-to-face interview involved the retail store manager and the sales manager. Both interview were easy.
Had to meet with 3 different people it was easy and everyone seemed nice, I personally loved it and would if you could get in for a interview most likely will get a job
Easy. The interviewers just want to you know that you are sales driven and chase after that money. The managers are kinda cutthroat, especially when you don't hit your monthly quota. They make you feel like you're on the verge of getting fired
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Seabrook, NH) in Oct 2017
Interview
Short, asked basic interview questions. Asks you how you would sell a phone plan. Asks what phone you have and asks if you know anything about phones. Also talks about past work experiences and how they can help benefit you in this job
