I spoke to the HR rep and made an appointment.
Once there I was taken and asked questions about my past history and work experience, expect to come dressed conservatively as well as suit and tie. I was chewed out for not wearing a suit to the second interview by the manager. I interview really well, and know exactly the answers to the questions.
So why do you want to work at T-Mobile
Have you held a sales job?
Tell me about a time you had to close a hard sale. What did you do? What was the outcome?
Tell me about handling customer objections.
Tell me about yourself (careful here because revealing too much can be a deterrent. Examples include I own my own personal business that requires my attention from time to time, or that I'm expecting.)
Always ask what the next step in the process is, this shows your ability to close a sale without being arrogant.
People at the job are every day people dressed in uniforms, and are friendly. Make friends with people who work there immediately if they're free. Show that you're social and don't act nervous even if you are. That's a big no no for the managerial staff. Managers will generally ask what the perception of the applicant was by the employees by their behavior.
T-Mobile representatives are generally friendly and welcoming.
