I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T. Rowe Price in Mar 2017
Interview
On Monday 03/27/2017 I was contact to schedule a phone interview. We arranged the phone interview to take place on Tuesday 03/28/2017 at 3:15pm. This was arranged via text. However, on Monday afternoon at 3:15pm, the interviewer called me at 3:15pm (when I was unavailable), then texted and asked if I was still interested. When I saw the text later that day I replied that of course I was still interested and reminded them that we had arranged the interview for the next day, not today. I asked if they would re-confirm the Tuesday interview. No response. No call on Tuesday either. Horrible to think they don't know what they are doing at times. It was not complicated, simply call at the agreed upon time. And it was all in writing, nothing misleading or confusing either.

the interview was very quick. at the time I interviewed in early 2020, I had one phone screen and one in-person interview. they use the STAR method in the in-person interview.
The interview process was very straight forward. They asked question and would prefer that you answer questions using the STAR method. That way your answer clearly states step by step what you did.
Interview process was standard and my interviewer was very friendly and personal. We started off going over my resume and for some items she would ask more in depth. Then we went into situational questioning where it was conflict resolution with customers, co-workers and different scenarios that could take place in the work environement and how I would respond to them.
