The process took 2 months. I interviewed at T. Rowe Price (Baltimore, MD) in May 2012
Interview
Process was a very well organized, but slow process. The people I interviewed with seemed to be very interested in the interview rather than going through the motions. Not too many difficult questions were asked, a lot of the standard questions. They focused a lot more on the fit of the candidate. Had very good conversations and all of the associates I met were very nice. Positive experience all around.

6 interviews over three months with each progressing up the management ladder. Very informal interview style. Seemed like a great team. Ghosted at offer decision stage, which I am a little surprised about.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at T. Rowe Price (Owings Mills, MD) in Nov 2016
Interview
Initial interview with HR manager, then Technical Phone Interview, then onsite interview. Onsite Interview lasted 1 full day. They were 30 minute interviews from 9:00 AM all the way to 2:30 with a 1 hour lunch. One of the interviewers stood me up. The overall hiring manager had just gotten back from Nevada and was exhausted and could not really interview.
