Horrible. Racist Company as soon as I saw who was interviewing me I knew they would not hire me. As I was describing what I had done in my previous role the guy interviewing me stated that this role would be different than what I had been doing and tried to make it seem as if it was such a complex position that I would not be equipt to perform well in. However, they ended up hiring someone I previously worked with that had the same job title as me and never performed as well as I did in the previous role. That person fit better with their "culture" I suppose.

Tell us about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer?
the interview was very quick. at the time I interviewed in early 2020, I had one phone screen and one in-person interview. they use the STAR method in the in-person interview.
The interview process was very straight forward. They asked question and would prefer that you answer questions using the STAR method. That way your answer clearly states step by step what you did.
Interview process was standard and my interviewer was very friendly and personal. We started off going over my resume and for some items she would ask more in depth. Then we went into situational questioning where it was conflict resolution with customers, co-workers and different scenarios that could take place in the work environement and how I would respond to them.
