I had four separate interviews within a 2 month period. All interviews were via phone as this was a remote position. First I spoke with a co-worker who was in a senior position for the department I was interviewing with, then a group interview with the other co-workers that I would be working with on a daily basis, after that I had a phone interview with the department manager, and finally the VP of Sales.
