Interview
HR shortlisted profile from job portal and scheduled the interview. Complete process took around 1 month. There were 3 rounds. Technical, HR and then final round regarding field interest and some more HR related questions

Question 1
Started with basic embedded C language concepts, then project related development and role.
Code basics, given one simple code to write and emphasis on handling the error part.
Version control system. Error handling mechanisms.
HR asked about managing team, significant points while working as team or leading a team.
The interview was mainly focussed on past experiences and the expected expertise of the job focused on. There are two rounds of technical interviews of 30 to 45 mins each.
It was one of the best interview i have ever answered. Had three rounds. One with SME lasted for half an hour to one hr, one with manager was 15 minutes and one with hr was 10-15 minutes.

Interview
There were two rounds of technical discussion. It was easy. Not difficult. It was related to technical skillset and some problem solving skills. Also question were related to previous projects. There was one HR interview.
