The recruitment process started with a offline test. The test consists of 4 parts
1.Aptitude reasoning
2.logical reasoning
3.verbal ability
4.Technical part which has c/c++ codes
Most of the aptitude questions are from time, distance, work, lcm, hcf etc. ..Most of logical reasoning questions are also simple.
It was followed by preplacement talk, in which company members talked about their company culture, their achievements etc. ..After that they shortlisted the candidates from the test. .They are called for a technical interview.
In my technical interview , most of the questions are from database, c++, c, computer networks. ..The interviewer was very friendly. .After that they shortlisted the candidates which was selected from technical interview. ..The shortlisted candidates was called for HR Interview. .
In HR Interview, Interviewer asked about to introduce myself ..He asked about my positive qualities and why I choose tata elxsi. .Interviewer was very friendly and me comfortable ..Finally he congratulated me ...Entire selection process was smooth. ..I am proud to be now a part of elxsi family
