Straight forward with many customer service related generic questions. A few scenarios were given and they asked how I would respond. There was just one interviewer in the panel asking all of the questions. It took two weeks to hear a response.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
