The hiring process is fair. I first received an email and was invited to meet the hiring manager. She asked me what my career goal was. After our initial interview/meeting, I met the team and was asked some interview questions. It comes down to whether or not you fit with the team and culture of the department. I received an email and was offered the position the same day.

Question 1
Mainly behavioural questions. Tell me about a time when you faced a difficult situation. How did you resolve it? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in the next 2-5 years?
You can tell the HR isn't very passionate about meeting new candidate. All questions are behavior questions and I feel like I don't even have a chance to introduce myself then I have to answer question one by one.

Phone interview then video interview. It was a nice experience and the interviewer asked questions relating to past experiences. Would recommend preparing to others. Email references resume and cover letters in advance.

Enjoyed working for company. You will love the job and all of its perks. Work environment is very positive. The salary is also very good. Commission is sometimes possible. Administrative assistant
