Phone interview. Very basic and causal phone interview. But don't be fooled by what I mean of causal, they are still taking notes of your performance. Usually the interview is 20 to 30 minutes. Common questions such as what's you strength and weakness will be on the interview.

Reached out to the head of campus recruitment, they said they would keep me in mind if something came up. Received an email 2 weeks later about an opening, applied but didn't hear anything for another 3 weeks. Hiring manager called me and set up an interview - interview was with a panel of three people in management (sales manager, head of sales, and VP of unit).
