I had two phone interviews, one with an interactive computer quiz, the other with the area manager. Normally they screen candidates and have an in person interview, but I was coming from another province, so they had the second interview over the phone. Prepare to be very knowledgeable. They are moving to hire only the most educated candidates they can find. Be prepared for all the questions below, follow the market days leading up to the interview, and do not lie if you don't know an answer.
