online test, telephone interview, then face to face interview. After online application I got a link to complete a skill test on the computer, which I completed. Then I got call from the TD for telephone interview after a couple of days of my skill test. After telephone interview I was asked to come to Toronto for one to one interview. One to one interview was very similar to telephone interview. After that interview, within 4 or 5 days I got the offer

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. They ask basic Investment and customer service-related questions. Be well prepared for a long interview of about 45-50 mins.
It was one step interview for me, but i strongly feel good preparation and knowledge can definitely get you in!

Interview
Applied online. A week after received a phone interview, then another week interviewing with the hiring manager and other team members. Due to the pandemic, the process was taking through phone about 30 mins and virtual interviewing about 1hr. Did not get any response a week after the second interview.
