3 step process: 1) initial phone interview covering basic resume questions, availability, salary expectations, situational questions with a lot of focus on sales and customer service, i.e. describe a situation where you went above and beyond to meet a customer's expectations 2) online assessment and personality test 3) Face to face interview, 2 team managers, really friendly, more probing and assessing how you feel towards customer service etc
