Phone interview 30 mins. The interviewer is from the human resource department. She mainly asked behavioral questions that are related to the job. The interviewer is very friendly and engaging in learning more about you and exposing you more to the TD culture. Overall, a fair interview. Asked about 8-10 questions in total. We spent 10 mins at the end to talk about potential growth within the firm. The interviewer also clarified the next steps and/or any follow ups that are required.

3 rounds interview. 1st round is HR, basically all behavioural questions. 2nd round is a coffee chat with one of their senior managers talking about the small business advisor role and my related experience and expectations. 3rd round is with their regional managers, behavioural questions and sales experience questions, scenarios as well. Received the offer the next week
