TD Social Media Manager interview questions

Horrible and incompetent. As much hype the bank has, their hiring system is absolutely flawed and ridiculous. It's like incompetent people running the system who are afraid of a qualified candidate because they'll be found out once they are hired. The entire process time taking and at the end you don't even get a proper feedback or response even if your application matches the job description and you have more experience and achievements than they need.
