Technical interview over phone with manager of hiring manager. Asked a number of technical questions, as well as 'fit' questions. Seemed to want more independent workers vs. team focused. m

Interview
First round by HR by phone, fully in English, mainly reviewed what you described in your resume, but focused on asking your former working experiences related to the job they were looking for and finally the salary I expected; after 1 week waiting, HR informed me of the 2nd round in TE office by the section manger, mainly asked some technical question and also confirmed also the salary; after 2 weeks, they arranged me a conference call with the director in US.
