I applied for the position on LinkedIn mid-December and was contacted via email after the holidays to set-up a first round interview. First round interview was with the hiring manager (1 hour); second round panel interview was with the director & brand manager (1 hour); third/final interview was with the executive director (1 hour). Every interview was scheduled about a week apart. After the final interview, I expected to receive an offer after receiving nothing but positive feedback from the interviewers, but I was ghosted by the recruiter. I followed-up twice and never received a response, which is unprofessional in my opinion. Two weeks have passed and I've still heard nothing. Disappointing.
