After the application is processed there is a 30 minute phone call interview. I would prepare for that by looking over the website and looking at their core values. If the phone interview went well they will schedule an in person interview. It is supposed to take about 1.5-2 hours long but from when I walked into the building to leaving it took me a total of 4 hours. You walk around the building to get a sense of the culture, then there is an interview with 3 higher ups (even though I was told I'd be interviewed by only 2 people) which takes about 2 hours. After that they brought me to talk to a BOA manager for about an hour which was very insightful into what I'd actually be doing in this position. After that I was brought to another manager to talk to about any last questions I had. Overall it was a good experience but it was exhausting and at the end I couldn't think of any other possible questions to ask. During the actual interview there were also some personal questions that I wasn't necessarily comfortable with. Everyone I met was extremely nice and welcoming.
