Interview
fairly ok and a written test is easy. The interviewer is kind and warm to guide you through the whole process. First start with few introduction questions, then interviewer will provide you a brief job description and what you can expect from work.

Tell me a time that you face a difficult and how you combat the problem?
Got a phone call first from a TA, then schedule a remote interview, during the interview, it's notified recording being activated/inactivated for the part of role play/case practice to handle customer requests. Salaries, training start date, training period, shift, all those things are shared. The interviewer express the information that you got the offer and would start work as soon as possible, then nothing.
