I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2014
Interview
Very informal, more about your personality and life experiences. They ask you about a time that you've failed and what you learned from it. They aren't like typical sales/recruiter interviews. No one is going to ask you to "sell me this pen." They try to genuinely get to know you in the interview because they look for someone who is a culture fit over anything else. They fight to maintain their culture, and if someone threatens that, they will not be hired. Bottom line.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Singapore)
Interview
Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TEKsystems
Interview
Okay not difficult but no feedback after waiting to hear back from them. Go through your experience and motivations, what you think a day in recruitment is like, 3 stage process, you will see loads of people
