Typical process is 3-4 steps--Recruiter phone screen, onsite interview with panel, onsite interview with higher level leadership (depends on office), final half-day interview with office leadership and training leadership.

Question 1
Questions vary based on background and experience listed on resume. All situational/behavioral questions targeted at identifying ambition, work ethic, competitiveness, etc. (skills that translate well into a sales role).
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
