Applied through an external website, was very prompt in initial phone call and thereafter always told me when to expect a follow up and always followed through. Initial preliminary phone interview------->phone interview -------->1 on 1------->panel interview------->job shadow same day if you make it through the panel. Culture seemed outgoing and helpful but not for everyone they expect you to share a lot of personal information.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going

I made it to a third-round interview and spent an hour on a zoom call with someone to never hear from them again. It took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone to schedule each interview, so the whole process took over a month. for nothing.
