The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. We agreed on a day and time to speak. Recruiter was over 15 mins late in calling. Clearly new in the role. He said he had a opportunity to discuss, but there wasn't one. Just a fishing call. No questions abouy my experience or background. A lot of talk about nothing. Total waste of my time. I will never contact this agency again.
I had a phone call interview with the recruiter about my work experience, technical skill set, the details of the contract role, compensation range, and start date. The process was very straightforward.
