Very friendly, and efficient initially. Email follow-up. After the second interview, the recruiter became less responsive. I find it typical of the recruiters, they are really sales people. First they are hot on you, but if it does not look promising, they go cold. I have worked with TekSystems before, so I knew what to expect.

The interview process with TEKsystems was quick and straightforward. My recruiter was incredibly helpful, walking me through each step and setting clear expectations. While the hiring company’s communication wasn’t always consistent, TEKsystems made the experience smooth and relatively painless overall.
The interview was largely focused on what Tek systems was about. Emphasize that they are more than just a contracting company and the service they provide. Interview was a series of quick phone calls and requests for references.
Interview arrangements are fast. The first round is usually with TEK directly where they will gather info, if they feel you might be a potential fit, they will also try to share interview tips ahead of the session to prep you
