I recently interviewed online with the Vancouver, BC office. So great from start to finish. I was consistently kept in the loop the whole time with my recruiter as well as the people who interviewed me. It was super informal as they really care to get to know the people they will be hiring regardless of credentials. They care about quality people over quantity! They make you feel super valued, comfortable and don't put you through an insane interview process like I've had with similar roles. 2, two on one interviews and 3 reference checks.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
