The interview process is a cycle. Starts with a phone interview, than a in person interview. The most important key points is to know yourself well, and the company. Be confident, and don't get nervous. If they ask you about your weakness say a few , but right after explain how you overcome them. Connect with them, and make them like you. If they like you, is hard for someone to say no to you.

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
