2 phone interviews, virtual interview, in-person shadow. DO NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING HERE. All of the people were nice during the process. However,
they have you come in to shadow/chat with other employees who are actually applying to the job you are interviewing them with for. Even worse, will take you all the way through the interview process just to ghost you after and not even let you know when you can expect to hear back or receive an offer. Tip: Treat your interview candidates with more decency and respect in the future.

Interview
The interview was very easy and straightforward. The person who interviewed me just asked simple questions about my work history to see if I would align with the contract. I was also asked about healthcare experience as the role was with insurance.
Fast paced and quick. They make decisions fast without waiting a ton of time. Only a couple steps and interviews to complete. Overall good interview experience I had. Good luck on your interview

Was offered position by supervisor who interviewed me, took my resume offline, and was then ghosted by the supervisor. Tried for over 2 months, unsuccessfully, get someone to respond back to me.
