Interview
Super easy process, 3 rounds, first was with the recruiter, second was an internal recruiter/account manager, last was with 2 upper management individuals. All of the interviews had a great flow, only a couple “describe a time where” questions, after that it was more personable, asking about personal life, previous experience and what knowledge I gained from roles. Initial call with recruiter is more of a feel for what position they think you’d be good at, after that call they will send you a informational packet about the company, STUDY IT!

Interview
The interview was very straight forward, starting with a phone call with the recruiter to discuss the role. After that, an in-person interview was scheduled. Approximately one hour discussing previous experience, as well as further outlining the role. The interviewers utilized the STAR method of interviewing.

They asked for me to describe scenarios from past experiences. The in-house recruiter will provide you with a very useful list of potential interview questions to brush up on.
This was back in 2021 but it was Two intiviews. An intitial Phone screening and virtual interview with two managers. I was nervous but the question were simple. Asked about school and excel skills.

Interview
They ask you a lot of behavioral questions to see if you're a good fit, and some minor excel questions. Overall, they seem to be checking more about culture fit as opposed to technical knowledge.
